Decorations for the Tree

With the holidays coming up, it a great time to create a few special decorations for the house. Pinecones are a holiday décor favorite, are simple to make and add an organic touch. Just take some pinecones, which you can find or even buy in some craft stores. Once you have your pinecones, you have a few different options when it comes to decorating them. You could leave them natural and spread some around the bottom of your tree, hang them on the tree, or even put them in a nice bowl as a centerpiece.

If you want to add a bit more color to the pinecones, you can spray paint them white, giving them something of a frosted or snowy appearance. Another fun idea is to add some glitter to them. Red, green, silver, and gold all look great for the holidays.
